RESTATE
Restate is a web design project I created to showcase my skills in building professional, client-centric websites. Designed specifically for a real estate agency, it highlights my ability to deliver a functional, visually appealing, and user-friendly platform. From the very beginning, I treated the project as though I were working with a real client, ensuring that all design decisions were made with the user experience in mind. The website features essential components like property listings, an intuitive search function, and contact forms, all integrated into a modern, responsive layout. Restate is an excellent example of how I can balance clean, professional aesthetics with a fully functional and easily navigable website. The project also reflects my ability to understand the unique needs of the real estate industry and translate those into an effective, practical digital solution. It serves as a strong portfolio piece and as a versatile template, ready to be adapted for real-world use by any real estate agency.
- Client Research & Initial Brief
The first step involved understanding the specific needs of a real estate agency website. I researched industry trends and reviewed competing websites to ensure the design would stand out while still being functional and familiar to the target audience. - Wireframes and Design Mockups
Based on the research and client requirements, I created wireframes to outline the website structure. Once the layout was confirmed, I moved on to designing detailed mockups that focused on a clean, professional aesthetic with an emphasis on user-friendliness and clarity. - Responsive Layouts
Given the importance of mobile users in the real estate industry, I ensured the website design was fully responsive. I implemented flexible grid layouts and optimized the site for all screen sizes, ensuring that the user experience was seamless on mobile, tablet, and desktop. - Property Listings & Search Functionality
A core feature of the website is the property listings page, designed to showcase properties in an organized and visually appealing way. I integrated a robust search function that allows users to filter properties by key attributes such as location, price, and size. - Forms and Lead Generation
To enhance the functionality of the site, I included easy-to-use contact forms and lead-generation tools. These features make it simple for users to inquire about properties, while also providing the real estate agency with a valuable stream of incoming leads. - Final Testing & Launch
After the design was completed and all features were implemented, I tested the website across different devices and browsers to ensure compatibility and performance. Once everything was fine-tuned, the site was launched, and it was fully optimized for speed and usability.
